Private Lessons

We offer private classes which can be tailored to your specific training needs.
The individual attention and approach that a one-on-one session with one of our instructors provides can and does lead to significant improvement in a student’s Martial Arts’ game flow.

It is highly recommended that all students take at least one private lesson per month to review techniques and address specific challenges.

You’ll Never Miss A Technique

Some people prefer to start with private training. These 1 on 1 sessions allow the instructor to optimize your learning and to adapt techniques to suit an individual’s strengths and weaknesses.

Private lessons begin with a warm up designed to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. The warm up is followed by a review of the previous lessons techniques and introduction of new techniques.
After the student has developed a strong understanding of the new moves through drilling, the instructor will show you how to combine them with previously learned techniques to develop speed and reflexes. This process continues until you have mastered all the techniques in the module.
