We’re [...]]]> Do to the amount of our students training in a gi, starting Tuesday May 3rd, there will only be a gi class from 6:00pm-8:00pm. For those of you that still refuse the gi we have our no-gi classes during the day, on Monday night; plus, open mat Wednesday night, open mat Saturday and Sunday. We’re proud to announce that  G.C.O.M.  has promoted a number of students to blue belt since we opened March of  ’09. Starting Friday May 6th ,6:00pm-8:00pm, we’re going to have a bjj blue belt and above class, in order to train more advanced technique. For those of you that are still wearing a white belt, remember it only holds up your pants, so keep up the hard work and your technique will come.  We encourage all white belts to go to the fundamentals class on Wednesday night and Saturday.

 Blue belts, you should go to those classes as well.  We can’t train the fundamentals enough. That same week we’re canceling the Muay Thai practice on Friday nights.

 We still have Muay Thai on Monday night from 7:30pm-8:30pm, so don’t miss it!!
